Can someone tell me if I'm doing it wrong or is it good? I'm trying to grow them from seeds.

OK spagnum moss with distilled water then venus flytrap seeds are on top of sphagnum moss inside the container dome with led growing light. Just started setting it up day ago. I just want to know if it's safe for the seeds to be in the dome with led growing light?

As long as it's not too hot and it stays humid in there, yes. The light isn't really needed if the seeds haven't sprouted yet, but it won't hurt them as long as they're wet enough and not being cooked.

That's fine. High humidity is great, make sure to change the air inside the dome every so often as well.
