It is popping out red it seems. The previous 2 were/are green.
Ideas?

A mature pitcher will net you better results for an ID. Sarrs change as they age, spring pitchers are usually different then fall pitchers. A no ID Sarr should be left at that, a noid.

I think that people put to much influence on what this plant is. One of my favorite Sarrs is my S.mutt (I've personally dubbed it that).

Is that from one of those "carnivorous plant terrarium" kits with a VFT and sarr rhizome? I have two sarrs from those- one that's sent up green pitchers, and one that seems to be starting on red. Too young to ID, unfortunately.

Yep, I got this whole bin from there in black Friday. They were selling them for 5 being 50%off. I told him dollar each and I'd take all 20 or so.

They are stupid small though just didn't have the spare lighting for them as a priority. But nonetheless it's worth while.

Wow! What a deal!

When I bougt these kits about 2-3 years ago, i planted them and now they are rubras. Yours are probably rubras too.

That would be cool! Yea still holding red, not changing to green at all. Kinda cool. I still have like 8 9 that are yet to mature, gunna be a badazz surprise!
