So I don't remember where I got this nepenthes but it was from someone in the forum, it was my second one and I was very happy with it. It came with 1 pitcher devolving and it devolved fine. I haven't gotten it to picture again even with my humidifier running. The first picture is where the last pitcher was. it gets a good amount of artificial light and when it arrives the devolving pitcher was the highest one, so any new growth hasn't pitchered at all.

My experience is that lighting levels are the most important factor in pitcher production. This particular plant may not be receiving enough.

I have it under grow lights for about 10 hours a day

Different Nepenthes will have different light requirements. Do you have a picture of the plant where it normally grows?

Try misting the tendrils.

What's the light source in your picture?

It a t8 bulb I think, 2 foot at its size it's a couple inches away

In that case, I'm quite confident the plant needs more light to produce pitchers.

Not sure where you are but in winter they reduce pitchering. In the spring spray the leave every two weeks LIGHTLY with 1/4 strength orchid fertilizer.

Lack of pitchers in winter is generally caused by lower light levels when growing under natural light. The plants will grow just fine year-round given adequate artificial light during the winter months (and assuming you can keep temperatures in the correct range.)
