My sarr has these odd bumps on them and appear to be some kind of insect. Any help would be appreciated

Yeah honestly I usually neglect anything other than my neps. Lol. I think honestly they have been here for a while. That's about when I noticed the weird shaped pitchers but probably unrelated. Doesn't seem to bother the sarrs much though

Weird shaped pitchers is most definitely caused by the scale insect. I recommend you get rid of them before they actually start causing serious damage.
