I just got a cephalotus from Carnivora, is there any thing I need to know other than the basics.

It takes a lot of time to grow,atleast for me.And will grow faster if given appropriate amount of sunlight.The media you select should have good drainage or else it will have a lot of algae on the surface.

Ok, I've got good media(3/1 perlite to peat) I don't know how much sun to give it, I'm giving it the same at all my others, 15 hours.

Cephalotus can adapt to a variety of locations. I've found in my experience that the most important thing is to keep the roots wet but very well aerated (your soil mix should help with this). Bright light will make the plants healthy and red.
