looks good cut the flowerstalk since it is still in miracle gro, im pretty sure it will get droopier

I'd cut off the flower stalk as well unless you really really want it. Vlad doesn't look healthy enough to be spending all his energy on a flower.

He definitely looks etiolated and needs more light.

It IS however a really nice VFT. Some of those traps are pretty big.

Nahh nothing's ever "too late" well if the plant is unhealthy than don't let it flower but if the plant is indeed healthy than let it if you want

Yes, Like what Omar said get it outta that "Miracle Grow" soil and into some new an good soil and get rid of the flower stalk if possible an give them the right and ideal conditions and Vladamir will be healthy
