Are there any other ways to do dormancy in the tropics other than fridge dormancy? My fridge is full and I don't have fungicide

Well you need to find a way to cool down the flytrap enough so it is convinced to go into dormancy. A reduction in light is the main trigger for dormancy, but if it is too hot a flytrap will still not go dormant. Perhaps you can grow them by a windowsill with some sort of air conditioning unit keeping them cool?

The refrigerator method is the easiest way to get flytraps into dormancy in very hot climates. Other than that there are very few other options that I know of....

As far as a fungicide, you can use cinnamon powder.

Sure if you don't mind your room being a bit chilly all the time (like 60 degrees fairenheit)

Unfortunately that is too warm. 16 C really is the most a flytrap should stay at during dormancy, with perhaps 18 C being the max. Any higher and they likely won't go into dormancy.

Not necessarily, it really depends on the individual fungicide. Fungicides that use daconil or that are sulfur based are typically good for flytraps.

Also neem oil is a good fungicide
