Carnivoria.eu reopens on 8/15!

Can't wait to make my list

Don't confuse him by sending numerous mails,he tends to make some mistakes which is obvious.
Same happened with me,he made error in counting,got confused,sent all plants to my friend in larger quantities(my friend paid 91€ but got plants worth 150€).
But,David was generous enough,he replied saying that it was solely his mistake,so he will send my plants free cost to me,so shipping of my plants is still pending.

Why is the store still not open yet?

He haven't said me any particular date on reopening of website but he sent me pictures of some of the new plants that will be added.

Same for me. The first time, he sent the plants from another country, CZE, but my legal papers was for poland, like he asked me to do. So i lost 200$.

The next time (yes i was stupid enough to order again from them), he sent me a crap order. Most of the plants has the wrong labels. Also the package was very cheap; no pad, no bubbles, nothing. Some of my plants came and was thin like a paper sheet, very crushed.

The answer i got was like: "the problem is your local postal service". But the parcel was not protected from the inside. AND i was VERY lucky to get that parcell, because the phytosanitary came one week after, in my mail box. The phyto need to be IN the box, with the plants.

Also, many rare plants he show on his website are not the real thing. The pilosa he sold is a bald clone. The answer i had was like: "the hair will come later". But on pilosas, even the juveniles pitchers are hairy, even tiny ones.

Im very frustrated about them, and never again i will spend a single $ at this place.

BCP, FTC and Wistuba rock. THEY are serious vendors

Anybody else have a good or bad experience with Carnivoria.eu or Carniplants.eu?

aw man. The dionaea they have listed are SO TEMPTING to me. I was super excited.....

Think Carniplants.eu is worth considering? Maybe we can find some more feedback - here and elsewhere on the 'net?

Maybe i was just VERY unlucky, or maybe they just dont care about little Canadian growers, but i wanted to share my experience.

That was a group order too, and i had to refund everyones with my own money.

I still have the phyto cert they send to me, even the plants names on it was not the good ones.

I'm really glad you posted. I've just done some looking on the 'net and others have had serious problems with Carnivoria. (I couldn't find much on Carniplants.) One guy in particular had paid Carnivoria with Paypal and was going thru their grievance process. He didn't say how it turned out, though.

I really didn't like that your plants weren't sent from Poland. Gotta wonder if he passed the order along to his friend at Carniplants?

And because the papers was not good, ACIA send me a legal notice saying my plants will be trashed(destruction by fire).


I clearly remember that day, i had to take a couple beers to calm me down
