Hello, so I have a few flytraps and a few d.burmannii. the plants seem to be doing well but there are these small bugs in the soil. Can anyone identify them please.

these pictures are of a pot that just have a few d.burmannii seedlings that germinated and a lot of moss/algae . Its my first attempt at growing anything so any advice is appreciated.

They are springtails, your keeping your compost far too wet.
