Hi, I accidentally left my VFTs and Sarracinas in the sun all day and the temp went up to 43 degrees Celsius yesterday. My plants got burnt. So I brought them back in and today they r under the light. Is there any hope of saving them? Will they recover? The soil was keep wet as I had them in a tray of distilled water.

Once they get burnt they will not get un-burnt. Just put them back outside, the new growth will be acclimated to the hot sun and your plants will no longer burn.

So should I put them back outside or should I do it gradually? @Yellowjacket7

Since they are already burnt introducing them gradually won't do any good. Just put them back outside in full sun.
