Basically my Nepenthes barely has any of its liquid in its pitchers...how long does it take for it to refill?

It can fill on its own or feel free to put some rainwater in them

If the pitchers are fresh from shipping, or if they were purposefully emptied, chances are that they won't refill. Keep in mind that less than 1/3 of the pitcher is meant to be filled in most species; flooding the pitcher halfway with water can often do more harm than good. Most pitchers aren't meant to have huge amounts of liquid sloshing around in them, and it may be possible that your "barely filled" is actually the normal amount. Assuming the pitchers lost liquid and will restore some of it, the process will be gradual, usually around a week.

Some Nepenthes have a lot of water in them. But Miranda have very little. It is absolutely normal for the pitchers to be full with 0.5 to 1cm with fluid from the bottom up.
