A short story... I bought my first vft....king henry... In February 2015... It was dormant and I kept it in my basement under artificial lighting... I came home one day and to my horror a mouse had eaten the entire plant..every leaf every trap....since I was newbie I started crying....I'm lying I started swearing st the mouse.....so I set a few traps of my own...I left the plant alone and prayed the little please be alive prayer and now she has made a full recovery..... I wish vft traps were big enough to catch a mouse... Maybe someday... BTW. I caught the vermin....sweet revenge

Glad to see it survived! As long as the mouse didn't get to the bulb and roots the plant would have survived no matter what.
