I've had my venus flytrap for a bit over a month and it's been growing nicely thanks to all of the advice on this site. However I noticed that one of the newest leaves is not growing very well, since it doesn't have that nice semi circular shape like the others and it look as if it's sick or something.

I've attached a couple of pictures so you can have a better idea of what I mean. What do you think? My plant gets around 4 hours of direct sunlight and another 4 of indirect sunlight (on mostly sunny days) if it helps.

Thanks in advance.
