So for example, if I order:
Nepenthes hamata (G. Lumut, Sulawesi) - two clones
Nepenthes jacquelinae (West Sumatra) 2 clones
Nepenthes macrophylla (two plants of diff. clones)

I'm getting 6 plants:
2 identical hamata
2 identical jacquelinae
2 DIFFERENT macrophylla

Correct?

What's a little confusing is when you click to view the details of "Nepenthes macrophylla (two plants of diff. clones)" it doesn't show 2 pictures of 2 different plants. There's just one picture of one plant.
I believe that is correct. However, I am not sure since why would he sell two identical clones in one item. You should ask Andreas in an email to see if all the clones will be different or not. I also have a question of my own. I was curious and put two items of Nepenthes Macrophylla (two clones) in the cart and it responded with this.
"The highest order quantity of product "Nepenthes macrophylla (two plants of diff. clones)" is 1 - the order quantity has been automatically adjusted, there is now 1 in the shopping cart."
Since Alvin and I are getting the same thing, how is this going to work out?

I think it is a quantity discount. 50 EUR each for Hamata clone 1, or 75 EURO for 2. That's 25% off (and a good deal IMO).

My guess (and hope) is that they only allow "one per customer" on this deal. And hopefully not that they only have 2 macrophyllas in stock.

Yea I have a lot of plants on my list and I was thinking I would be willing to sacrifice quite a few of them if they're what other people want. But that's just me :P

You can try to adjust the per plant customer limit by emailing him.

I have tried in the past without any luck. The plants that have quantity limits are in very high demand

Then I suppose it will be first come first serve. We will have to wait until Saturday in order to find out who gets what from Charlie.

I haven't talked to Andreas about it but I always assumed it was to keep someone from buying up all or most of a very sought after plant then eBaying them later for a massive profit.
It's the only fair way he can do it I think. I can't think of another way.

I had this issue a couple years ago with a few helis I attempted to get in on for a group order.

Sorry everyone, I made a mistake when I sent the pm's out. Add $6.00 to the grand total (for shipping from my place to yours) and THEN you have the grand total. Please forgive me.

charlie

ps. I am hoping to get the order out this weekend!

Oh man I wish he had Nepenthes argentii or H. Minor "big orange" in stock. If he did I would have definitely joined this order.

I hope you all post pictures when your plants come! :)

In my experience, H. minor is very tolerant to lower humidity levels. I've grown them at humidity levels down into the 20% and even the teens and they did fine. H. nutans is not as tolerant, but it can get by too.
Well then :/ I guess mine just really didn't like lower humidity. Now that you've said that I may try again but not with the same plant. It's been kind of sickly since I got it but I could give it another go with a stronger heli :)
IMHO, both of you are right :)

Megan your h.minor probably struggle because you put it directly in low humidity, without droping the RH% slowly everyday. So what you said is very true, and normal :)

And like matt said, minors clones can survive at low RH%, some hybrids too, but most of helis species needs a very high humidity level.

I really want the Heli Elongata
Yes :-)
Dont worry, Andreas is a helis jedi, he will ship your plants very well packed. They can travel 2 weeks without any problems, but you will get your plants before that for sure!
