The "bullseye" ones are U. pubescens. The leaves are pretty tiny on it, but I would definitely recommend getting it not only for the flowers, but because it has very weird peltate leaves.

U. fulva has gorgeous flowers and long, wispy leaves, almost like meadow grass.
