These popped up overnight some time last week at the college I go to. I believe that they must have sprouted from spores in the wood chippings we used to make out a few plots.

These where taken on my phone, so not the best pictures ever

Cute or what?

What's with the eerie green color? They remind me of some glow-in-the dark mushrooms that I've seen on EBay.

Yeah, I thought so too until I realized they were too big to be that variety.

I usually get chills when I see that many mushrooms. Same thing with swarms of ants, it just looks super freaky.

Photos were made with a panasonic compact camera with a shutter time of 8 seconds, in real its way brighter!

Just looked back at this, can't believe it was so long ago.
This year we didn't get as many mushrooms, was gutted!
