Just found this N.Alata (so it says on the pot anyway) at a garden centre, as most of the traps are in a bad way I got it for half price. Repotted and watered and found there is 2 plants in there... lets just hope I can keep them going.... the Humidity here is around 50-60% so the weather man says, so ive been giving it a spray once a day and kept in my conservatory.

The spray a day isn't necessary and will inhibit pitcher growth IMO
This is indeed a ventrata. Bright light and normal watering will grow this plant perfectly

Hi Thanks for the advice, yep I looked into it and many plants labelled Alata are actually a cross breed and actually named Ventrata lol Bit of miss selling but I don't mind. the only issue I have is Direct sunlight or just bright area? ive seen both recommended on the WEB...
