i live in the Washington region and we are having some low temperatures down to -7 Fahrenheit , and my sarracenia substrate have been frozen for 3 days , the bulbs are looking healthy , should i take them inside or somewhere else? i don't have a garage , only a storage room by my porch , any help will be appreciated. ( sorry for the bad grammar English isn't my first language)

You have reached a very low temperature for sarracenia there, they would be better off if you can by putting them in the porch store, I assume it isnt heated, so they wont thaw out quickly but they would be sheltered from wind. You could take them inside a lot depends on the temperatures you have. You dont want it too warm to start growth unless you can keep them going till its warm enough for you put them outside again.

Cheers
