Hello everyone. Well, it seems I have too many seedlings to repot so i'm going to offer a few nice hybrids really cheap. I only have one each of what i'm offering, unless stated otherwise at the end of the plant listing, and they should be some great plants. Keep in mind these arent dormant and are being grown indoors under artificial lighting so they arent as intensely colored as they will be in full sun. Buy 3 plants and i'll send out a freebie. Shipping will be $6 for a small flate rate priority box. I only accept paypal.

Wouldn't a Flava var. atropurpurea x Flava var. atropurpurea simply be a Flava var. atropurpurea? Meaning, can't these be propagated sexually since they are variations of Flava, and not cultivars?

I am just trying to wrap my brain around it. If you sexually propagate a flava x flava, you are guaranteed a flava, correct? So, could you potentially get a different flava variation from atro v atro?

EDIT: sorry for the thread hijack, I can bring any further questions to another thread. I just never knew that about variations of a species.

No youre cool. I'm not sure honestly. I know you get diff flava var from atros crossed with atros from diff locations. For instance, these are blackwater atros crossed. You would get diff flava var if these were NC atros...at least Thats my understanding.
