Because the textarea to put in a wall comment should show all the time and it isn't.

"textarea" is not really a word, but it is a technical HTML term to describe an area that you can type in. When you post to the forum you type the subject in a text box and the post in a textarea.

HTML = Hyper Text Markup Language
