It should say an estimated time in the email they sent you confirming your order.

I'm not sure about seeds but I order books from a seller from Ontario sometimes. I live in NY, takes a little over than a week, usually, but the holidays as made mail is very slow unless you have it expedited.

It seems to usually take about 10 business days, but could be slowed by Christmas shipments.
