What type of fluorescent light are you using?
I use an incandescent..it was the only lamp I could use!

Incandescent light bulbs don't really put out any usable light for your plant. You can get a CFL from Walmart or any store that sells light bulbs. The more watts the better.

Incandescent light bulbs put out a lot of heat and can/will actually burn your plant if it is to close, so I'd be careful using that.

Since lighting is very important for flytrap health I would suggest reading this article if you haven't already.

Your young plant looks good and I hope it continues growing for you. If you have anymore questions just ask.
