I'm sure Leah (my wife) would probably have done the same thing when I started this hobby. Fortunately for her there weren't very many varieties available in the US at the time. My list is a culmination of 6 years of hard-core searching and collecting of hard to obtain (or most of them at least used to be very hard to obtain) Dionaea cultivars

I would love to say that my favourite carnivorous plant is Drosera because they look amazing in the sunlight, but the mature plants tend to end up growing out of a brown column of dead leaves and their globules also dry up too frequently. For that reason alone I'll also choose the VFT as my favourite.

No, I don't have that one. It looks a lot like Angel Wings, so I probably won't try to acquire it.

I have posted pics of FTS Bear somewhere in the forums, but I don't recall when or where. It's a nice plant, similar in size and growth habit to Jaws, with shorter teeth, but doesn't get the good coloration Jaws will. It's a plant I raised from seed back in 2010. I called it "Bear" because it looks like a bear trap and also after my cat, Bear.
