Hi folks,
Here are a couple of my VFTs and other carnivorous plants which have just begun to wake up in earnest.
My new Drosera anglica. See how the leaf on the right is falling backwards? It only grew that leaf last week. Is that something to worry about, or is it just replacing it with the three even more recently grown ones?
This B52 is a tinge redder in real life. The bright lights are just throwing the white balance or something. I assume it'll colour up in time given the others have:
SL 15. A bit flat given that it seems to be quite an 'aerial' fly trap, but only time will tell:
Dracula. Not Matt's favourite cultivar, but I'm sticking with it :
Triffid Red Clone I (from Triffid Nurseries). Should ideally be all red, at least the new leaf is:
Cephalotus. It lost a second large pitcher which would have concerned me but for the fact that you can see at least three new ones forming:
Still no news on the Drosera capensis 'Giant Form' front though!
