Hi Adam

wait for the flower head ( which is now turned to a seed bank ) to turn totally black , when the seeds are ready to harvest you will know , for as soon as you touch the seed pod your finger will have little hairy seeds on them .
It shouldnt be long now before you have capensis everywhere :D
