Best place to buy seeds?

I was wondering if anyone has found a place that they prefer for ordering seeds.
I'm looking for D. Rotundifolia and S. pupurea specifically. Most ebay listing seem to sell 5 seeds for $5 or so, which seems like a rip-off to me. Any suggestions?

well it depends on the ebay seller. Some of the lower priced seeds are usually from outside the us, it is worthwhile if you order a few different species. But it does take quite a while to receive them, so far it's been working for me. (5 seeds for $5 is a ripoff though)
