For some growers on this forum, it is obvious. But others growers seem to grow many types of CPs. I was wondering which are your favorites?

I have experience with both young and adult VFTs, Darlingtonia seedlings, D. spatulata seedlings, and both adult & seedlings of Pinguicula. I plan on getting a Sarr purp soon. I have also tried growing a couple other Drosera from seed with no luck (Drosera always get the best of me). I didn't realize it until recently that my favorite CP was Mexican Pinguiculas. When I come on this forum, I usually check the 'View Your Posts' link. After that, I always go to the 'Butterworts' link. These CPs simply fascinate me, and I plan to own a lot of them in the future.

My Top Three
  1. Pinguicula
  2. Dionaea
  3. Darlingtonia

Sarracenia, always Sarracenia
Then.... Cephalotus, of course.
After that.... Nepenthes surprisingly, I don't grow many at all, but I'd love to, maybe one day....

I do love them very much. They may be 3rd actually, over Sarracenia. It's just that Sarracenia are so colorful and so easy to grow that last night I listed them :)

1. Nepenthes
2. Pings
3. Drosera

Would love cephs and helis, but I've never owned a heli and my only ceph died >.>

Like plants I can grow year round with the tropicals, I'd rather stay away from dormancy's if I can.

It's difficult to limit to only 3 but...

1. Utricularia (Orchidioides section)
2. Mexican Pings
3. Drosera

Might promote Neps when I have a few more, only have a couple at the moment
