This is kinda late, but whatever...

Best Carnivorous Plants is reported to have good germination rates, but as always, SA dews are very difficult to grow from seed (reportedly) as they require a good long time and proper conditions to sprout. Since there is a fair amount of variation across the continent, you will have trouble figuring out what conditions to put seeds in, as they all appreciate their own temperature ranges.

Another note:

EVEN IF! You are importing less than fifty seeds (of one species IIRC), you will still require the APHIS small lots of seed import permit to do it legally. If you are importing more than fifty of one species you will require Phytosanitary certifications to import.
