I'm no expert on pests, but I'd say those look exactly like mealybugs.
Hopefully they won't make it to your other plants.

I didn't find males, only females. I have given mimosa some CP insecticide.

those definitely are mealy bugs, hopefully the have not laid eggs on any other plants. good luck with the treatment
