So I noticed that when I bottom water my pots, the water stays clear. But when it rains heavily and the trays fill up by percolating through the media, the water in the trays is a dark tea color. I've ran entire gallons of water through my pots in an effort to flush them, and they still have tea colored water when it rains.

What gives?
