I'll throw my hat over the wall with this temperate d. Intermedia.
Location: SW Missouri, U.S.A.
Camera: Canon T2i
Lens: 18-55mm kit lens mounted backward with a reverse ring
Aperture: f/3.5
ISO: 100
Shutter: around 1/200, maybe a bit faster. Since the reverse ring lock your aperture, I was shifting the shutter around quite a bit and didn't make a note of it.
