I got what I thought was 1 Venus Flytrap for $4 at Safeway this year, only to find out that there were actually 2 little plants in the same pot!
Since I live in Northern Ontario it is very marshy here and I harvested some fresh sphagnum moss when I went camping near Lake of The Woods to transplant my VFTs into.
They have been happily eating mosquitos and other bugs all summer long!
