I consider from 1 (being the sure method) to 3 the best solutions as follow, in maybe if you want, the not so best conditions you have at home, so, the users with sun light and not artificial light may still say their opinions, if they want still :

1 - root cuttings
2 - leaf cuttings (i yet have to test it myself, but i believe in being after the root cuttings)
3 - stalk cuttings (my 3 drosera capensis are browning already, so no luck here)
