The packing fee is definitely goofy, especially since the plants are just dropped in a bag after wrapping, free to shift around and break pitchers. I'll still pay it though, they have nice plants and some great crosses that you can't find elsewhere. You'll have to take up the tax issue with your state legislature, it's not set by businesses.
