You got a Phto certificate and a CITES certificate?

....Apparently not,as I haven't a slightest clue what those are.

What are these?And why are they of apparent importance?

You need them to prove that your plants are Sterile (Phytos for that) and, not sure about CITES, i think those are to prove they aren't wild collected....

Anyway, you need them to import plants from one place to another...
