VFTs are starting to get big and I have flowers on my sarracenia :D . Maybe not a big deal to some of you but this is my first spring with sarr flowers. I had a late blooming purpurea last fall but none other than that. Now that same purp is putting up 2 flower stalks. Bog garden is waking up and the VFTs I planted in there survived with a very light mulching.

Nice and congrats on your sarras!

My catesbaei has a flower stalk and the flower has already opened. None of my other sarras have thrown flower stalk so I guess I will have to self pollinate. I will get very little seeds I guess due to the self pollination but I can handle it. Hopefully my other sarras will make flower stalks fast before the catesbaei starts putting the pollen.

Nice growing! :)

Things are really growing now. I have flowers on several things. Hope I can make some viable hybrids. Thinking about rubra and purpurea hybrids.
