wow, i have 7 Drosera Dielsiana growing it matches you description perfectly. They are subtropical, rosette, easy to grow since they send down a tap root letting them get water from lower down in the plant pot, I have let the top dirt get crusty dry and they still look healthy. I currently have leaf cuttings growing and some seeds but i dont want to trade my mature plants since they have taken me almost 1 year to grow.

Though it isn't rosetted, D. Capensis is the final word in easy and is available through most every cp store. I grow it and have to say you can't go wrong with it!
