well in my part of CA with the past couple weeks our temps have dropped look at my weather sticker... this rain and cool weather will be the last straw, my plants are now goining dormant.... my plants do not look like there dying i just see differnt growth and smaller traps and slower growth
anyways it never gets below freezing... so do you think it will be ok for my baby VFTs to stay outside all winter?? it rarely ever gets to 30s with most nights mid or high 40s, i dont want any plants to die but i do have alot of tinny plants either from FTS bundles or Divisions, so can they be left outside with my other plants some of them are even in the same pots. some are small were talking like the size of your thumb nail ???

how old are the baby vft's?
if they are older than a year or 2 then they can go dormant without hassle

I would leave them outside all but the Trichterfalle. Put that weirdo in a sunny window.

I live very close to you and I am leaving all my baby VFT outside all winter. If they do not survive, then they are genetically unsuitable to be in my collection. I haven't lost any so far.

This is my first year growing from seed. The climate here is pretty ideal. There is no reason why they should not survive.

Agreed. I live down south from where you are. Your VFT's will be fine outside, year round.
