No, but i wrap the container in wrapping paper to prevent particles from scrawling the edges and reaching the sterile zone. (sorry for the late replay )

I think 1-2 more explants are forming callus in other containers!

So far is going very well! I still have to fill some 60 something vessels thought, but i will do that sometime soon.

Yup, i have a tip for you, be as tedious as possible, and remember to clean the tools when dealing with every explant, you want to remember to clean every single tool that are touching one explant to then go to the next explant.
