LED lights

Does anyone have any experience using LED lights instead of florescent? I know they're probably more expensive, but also more energy efficient. I just don't know if they give off the right frequencies of light. Thanks.

There are quite a few threads here about growing under LEDs. Steve, my FlytrapStore business partner, grows flytraps out of tissue culture under LEDs.
