The Furry Nuisance

I bought a Drosera Anglica early this year its was growing pretty slow untill i read feeding her fish pellets would help feed the plant and would boost growth, So off i prop to me nana freds get a bag of fish pellets of her bless her :). Feed them to me little princess (anglica) all is going well growth has boosted dramatically shes doing good, i'm well proud!. until....

today i came home from work goes to water my little pets and poor little anglica got mould growing all over her like a furry nuisance. Poor girl, she don't deserve this.

Anyway im pretty sure the fish pellets are causing this. what do i do? use fungicide? if so, what type? should i stop feeding her fish pellets?

Any tips would be helpfull :)

Thanks, ChrisCan

YES! I only feed mine pin head (very VERy small) cricket legs.

As for killing the mold... i am at a loss. I would recommend letting her dry out a bit and full sun, maybe you can cook it off.

Good luck, with what ever you do.

chriscanivorous, Isopropyl alcohol will kill mold. With a small brush, moist with Isopropyl alcohol, gently put in that spot. It has 99,6 alcohol (at least in my country, but must be a standard number). First put a little. I read that it doesen't hurt the cp and people use it.I use this on leaves and on the media.
