Plants surviving delivery

Hi
Im looking to order some plants from a vendor based in prague (czech republic). He isnt very willing to send plants to the uk in case they die. Im expecting the parcel would take about 1 week to arrive (more or less). The plants are shipped bare root and are relatively small (1-4cm)
Would the plants likely survive the journey or should i order from elsewhere?
The plants in question are droseras (schizandra, intermedia, filliformis x intermedia, anglica and a couple lesser know forms of capensis) and pinguicula (esseriana cyclocesta)

Which vendor is it? I know one of them is holding up right now since there's actually a heat wave there.

I have no experience of that seller but the one I use to buy from is also in the Czech republic and I have had no problems with the delivery of plants to Sweden.
