Very nice plant, it's also called a Cotula. There are several types, Annual and Perennial. The one that you have is a hardy perennial. Good catch!

Looking for this on google etc etc and can not find it any were. even searching Cotula pincushion etc etc

Any one got the name of this plant ?

Forget that found it it is a Nertera granadensis (Rubiaceae) if any one interested
