Hey guys. So I was putting this fly in the nepenthes pitcher and at the tip, under the lid I noticed this worm. Can anyone identify it and is it harmful? Also a very merry Christmas to all.

Personally, if I see anything that looks like a pest, I dispose of it. Better safe than sorry.
