Hey guys! I've been a lurker here for ages, and finally signed up. Its good to say hello to you all :)

After a summer's happy growing, my VFT has entered dormancy as usual. Two weeks ago, it started looking very unhappy

It has
Tiny holes in the leaves
Scaling and silvery damage on the traps
Webbing inside some of the traps
General yellowing/blackening of leaves and traps

I've had a good look at it and found no obvious pests. I've picked off all the damaged leaves and traps and I don't think I'm overwatering it. Its on a south facing windowsill and drinks only rainwater. Recently repotted into a VFT safe medium I got from a garden centre. The only thing I have changed is sourcing my water from a friend's waterbutt instead of tubs in my garden.

I've done some research, but I'd love some other opinions on what to change/treat.

Thank you!

what does the new growth look like? is it healthy? Looks like normal dieing off of leaves to me but I'm no expert. If the new growth is ok, its normal. I'm sure I will be corrected if wrong.

New growth was heatlhy and vigourous until 2-3 weeks ago. The holes and scaling were happening on healthy growth though, which made me think it was a pest and not normal domancy.

So the fine webbing isnt indicative of spider mites?

I would say treat it for Spider Mites just to be safe.
I am sure someone would have other recommendations, but I bought Bayer 3 in 1 and the Bayer Naturia Ready to use.

Thank you ever so much for your replies!

I've gotten hold of some neem and will spray it if I see any more odd signs. Otherwise, I'll put the plant to bed in the conservatory for the winter :)
