I have been struck with an infestation of sorts, some of my serracenia are covered in these little white dots I assume are some sort of mite. The plant is turning brown around the little white dots. Maybe scale or spider mites? I am looking at carnivorous safe pesticides to get rid of them. They seem to be only on my pitchers and not on my other plants. They are also resistant to cold as they have persisted through some very cold temperatures. I’ll have pictures when I get home for proper identification. I’m thinking about a hefty dose of pentac or acephate or both.
