I usually get mine on Amazon but you may have a local distributor. Check here.

Is there any other options? If not I'll just buy some from Amazon when I get paid next week?

you can use also a method without substrate :
you take a food type box with a lid, you put in the bottom a paper absorbent, you humidify it, you put seeds on it, you close the lid and you wait that it sprouts.

when you have a crown of leaves ,you put them in pots.

Tractor Supply Co has SafeTSorb if you can't find turface, they're extremely similar, and I think SafeTSorb is cheaper. I would go with whichever you can find locally. For Turface, you want the "MVP" variety, and SafeTSorb only has 1 variety.
