What is next step pitcher,sundews,? Not very technical about it but enjoy trying these plants.. wife thinks I'm nuts

I think it depends on what would be most convenient to you.

Have a warm, open area in a backyard or on a porch with plenty of sun in the spring and summer and somewhat mild winters? Go with Sarracenia.

Have access to a greenhouse, a sunny unobstructed windowsill, or live in the middle of Borneo? Plenty of Nepenthes will do well, along with some Drosera and Pinguicula

Have a space indoors and maybe a good growlight? Again Drosera and Pinguicula should do well.
