I have had this plant about a month, repotted, new environment. Full sun does it look ok, traps seem to be dying quick.

It may be shocked. That's a lot of changes for one plant to go through. Perhaps you should move it somewhere shadier and slowly introduce it to full sun?

It looks like it buried too deep. If you’ve had it in full sun for a month keep it outside. Sometimes it takes a little longer to acclimate.
