Hello, I have never grown indoors before and I don't understand yet anything about the different types of lights used and what all the specifications mean, it looks like a foreign language to me.

I have some false vivipary pullings, a couple leaf pullings, some very delicate baby plants like KMS and wacky traps, and some seeds beginning to germinate..all that I want to keep indoors out of the harsh sun and heat. Nothing I want to keep inside will be flowering (read something about that).

Can someone recommend what I need to buy for this? And also if it can be purchased locally at a Home Depot. Thanks in advance

It doesn't have to be as complicated as it seems. I just use simple fluorescent shop lights with T8 bulbs (6500K color temperature, which is marked on the bulb package) and that works well for most plants.
